Right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013) – Return of products
Ο Πελάτης μπορεί να επιστρέψει εύκολα τα προϊόντα που έχει αγοράσει από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα επειδή απλά άλλαξε γνώμη, εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερών από την παραλαβή τους. Ο Πελάτης μπορεί να παραδώσει τα προϊόντα απευθείας στην έδρα της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ ή να τα αποστείλει με δικά του έξοδα στην έδρα της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ. Σε οποιαδήποτε περίπτωση για online παραγγελίες ο Πελάτης είναι υποχρεωμένος πριν από την επιστροφή των προϊόντων να επικοινωνεί με την εταιρεία, είτε μέσω τηλεφώνου (τηλ: 2741084112), είτε μέσω αποστολής ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος (e-mail στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση: info@kallistihome.gr).
Στα πλαίσια της ψηφιοποίησης και της καλύτερης λειτουργίας από μέρους μας στη ενότητα των επιστροφών, θα θέλαμε απαραιτήτως πριν προβείτε σε οποιαδήποτε επιστροφή, είτε οι ίδιοι, είτε μέσω μεταφορικής,να μας ενημερώνετε άμεσα με τα εξής στοιχεία:
1) Κωδικός Προϊόντος.
2) Αριθμός Παραγγελίας.
3) Αιτία επιστροφής.
4) Φωτογραφικό υλικό στις περιπτώσεις που δεν είναι ατόφια επιστροφή προϊόντος.
**Σε περίπτωση μη τήρησης των παραπάνω από μέρους σας , επιφυλασσόμαστε για τη μη αποδοχή της επιστροφής.
In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
- Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from its delivery or receipt (when the Customer has chosen "collection from the store") and in the case of several goods ordered by the Customer in one order and delivered separately from the time of receipt and the last , the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter "Withdrawal").
- This withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer must return the product exactly in the perfect condition in which it was received. In particular, the returned product must not have been used, be in excellent condition ("as new"), exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which should not have tears or damage/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging (forms of instructions for use, and characteristics, etc.). In addition, in order to accept a return of the product, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be produced by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.
- The return of the item is accepted, only if the Customer has previously paid any amount incurred by the COMPANY for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for its return.
- Η δήλωση υπαναχώρησης ασκείται εγγράφως με τη συμπλήρωση της σχετικής φόρμας και αποστολή της α) είτε στη ταχυδρομική διεύθυνση της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ (ΚΟΡΔΩΣΗ ΚΑΛΛΙΟΠΗ ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ,ΠΑΤΡΩΝ 73 , ΚΟΡΙΝΘΟΣ- Τ.Κ 20100), β) είτε στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση info@kallistihome.gr και η ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ είναι υποχρεωμένη να επιβεβαιώσει εγγράφως την παραλαβή της δήλωσης υπαναχώρησης μόλις την παραλάβει.
- The Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he notified the withdrawal to <>
- Following the declaration of withdrawal, the COMPANY is obliged to return to the Customer the price collected. In the case of charging the Customer through a credit card, the COMPANY, once it has collected the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any prescribed action. Following this notification, the COMPANY bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer. The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the time the COMPANY received demonstrable knowledge of his withdrawal.
- Delivery charges are not refunded unless the Customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the COMPANY.
- The Customer is responsible for indemnifying the COMPANY, if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal, and the COMPANY is entitled to agree with the Customer its compensation even with mutual netting.
- Product that was sold with an additional gift must be returned with the additional gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Εξαιρέσεις από το Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης της άνω παραγράφου
Το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης εκ του άρθρου 4 § 10 ν. 2251/1994 δεν εφαρμόζεται:
Products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items, mattresses, pillows, linens, etc.
- Products that have been used, even if only opened.
- In the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalized
- Also, products that are listed as made-to-order are not returnable.
- A change to an order can only be made if the shipment has not been made.
Αξιώσεις λόγω ελαττωματικότητας ή έλλειψης συνομολογημένης ιδιότητας
Η Υπαναχώρηση της παρ. vii της παρούσας δεν αφορά ελαττωματικά προϊόντα ή προϊόντα στα οποία υπάρχει έλλειψη συνομολογημένης ιδιότητας, τα οποία καλύπτονται από τις αντίστοιχες εγγυήσεις τους.
EU law also states that the consumer must be given a minimum two-year warranty (statutory warranty) to protect against defective products or products that do not match the advertised appearance or function. In some countries, national legislation may require the provision of longer-term guarantees.
